These are one of my favorite Christmas treats. My Mom would make these for my little brother and I every year. I just love butterscotch and the mini marshmallows make them even better :)
2 cups butterscotch chips
1cup peanut butter
3 cups mini marshmallows
4 cups chow mein noodles
In a large bowl melt butterscotch chips in microwave. When melted mix in peanut butter. Then add marshmallows and noodles. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Allow to set (about an hour at room temp.). Store any leftovers in refrigerator!!
